Gautam Talluri (GT) has over 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. Experience building high performing teams across the FinTech, Retail, eCommerce, Payment Processing, Automotive, Homeowner Association Management verticals. In the fractional and full time CTO role, GT has helped numerous small, medium scales businesses and start ups with process improvements, product strategy, building IT roadmaps, hiring right people and building highly synergistic teams. GT is passionate about making use of Technology to further the cause of the businesses, whether it be via reducing software development costs, cloud migrations, call center and robotic process automation. GT has extensive expertise in setting up strategic Offshore partnerships, reducing the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) for the clients while delivering highest possible alpha.
